1 roll of Kraft garlic cheese (cut into small pieces)
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick of butter
Steam cook the broccoli crowns. Meanwhile, melt and mix together butter, cheese and soup over low heat. When broccoli is done cooking, pour cheese sauce over it and serve.
Note: I use frozen broccoli. I also use regular velveeta cheese and add garlic powder to my taste. I have also substituted cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom.
